According to trade estimates, the total domestic advance booking for the opening weekend has already crossed ₹60 crore, making it one of the strongest pre-release performances for any Bollywood film.

The film’s success is not limited to India. Overseas markets, especially North America, have also seen an overwhelming response.
Dhurandhar 2 has already crossed $5 million in advance ticket sales in North America, making it the first Indian film to achieve this milestone in pre-release bookings in the region.
In doing so, it has surpassed the advance booking numbers of blockbuster Indian films such as Pathaan, RRR, and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, each of which had earned over $4 million in pre-sales in the same territory.
Globally, the film has already collected over $6 million in advance bookings, pushing its worldwide pre-sales figure to approximately ₹120 crore.
Trade analysts believe the number could easily cross ₹150 crore—and potentially even ₹200 crore—before the film officially releases, especially once last-minute and spot bookings begin.

Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film features an impressive ensemble cast that includes R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi.
Fans may also see a special cameo by Akshaye Khanna, who portrayed the antagonist Rehman Dakait in the first film.
The original Dhurandhar was a massive success, reportedly earning around ₹1300 crore worldwide and continuing its theatrical run for more than three months after its release in December.
