iQOO 15: Key Specifications

The iQOO 15 introduces several enhancements over the previous-generation iQOO 13. Its 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LEAD OLED display offers 2K resolution and a 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, delivering up to 2,600 nits peak brightness, and a maximum 6,000 nits in HDR mode. The panel also includes an anti-reflective coating, Dolby Vision support, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and triple ambient light sensors for improved outdoor visibility and eye comfort.

The phone is available in two variants:

  • Legend (White): 220g, 8.17mm thick

  • Alpha (Black): 216.2g, 8.14mm thick

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The upgraded 8K vapour chamber system—the largest ever used in an iQOO device—helps maintain cooling efficiency during extensive gaming sessions. Out of the box, it runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with a promise of 5 years of major OS updates and 7 years of security patches.

Powering the device is a 7,000mAh fourth-gen silicon-anode battery that supports 100W FlashCharge. Extended RAM technology allows the 12GB variant to function like a 24GB device, while the 16GB model can virtually reach 32GB.

On the camera front, the iQOO 15 features a triple 50MP rear camera setup, headlined by a Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS. It includes a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x lossless zoom and improved clarity at 3x–5x, plus enhanced computational zoom at 10x. The third sensor is a 50MP ultra-wide camera, while the front houses a 32MP selfie shooter capable of 4K 60fps recording.

Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, dual-frequency GPS, and more. The device also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering high-level protection against dust, splashes, and strong water jets.
