A recent report shedding light on celebrity appearance and performance rates has been going viral online.
A-List Appearance Fees
As per Hollywood Reporter India, Shah Rukh Khan sits firmly at the top of the list. The superstar reportedly charges ₹5–6 crore just to arrive at an event, greet guests with his trademark charisma, and exit.
Following him, Salman Khan is said to command ₹3–4 crore, while Ranveer Singh charges close to ₹2 crore for a similar appearance.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar reportedly takes home ₹1.25–1.5 crore for attending events.
Among female celebrities, Tamannaah Bhatia and Nora Fatehi charge in the range of ₹1.25–1.5 crore each. Rising stars like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Disha Patani reportedly receive around ₹60–70 lakh for event appearances.
These appearance fees not only cover the celebrity but also include their entourage—hair and makeup artists, stylists, security staff, and personal assistants.
Charges for On-Stage Performances
The report also reveals that performances come with a separate price tag. Actors such as Shahid Kapoor and Varun Dhawan reportedly charge ₹1–2 crore for a brief 5–6 minute stage performance, which may also include fan interactions and photo opportunities.
Female performers typically do two entries of 6–7 minutes each, along with backstage photo sessions with the hosts or their families.
For hosting duties, popular names like Manish Paul are said to charge ₹12–15 lakh, while Aparshakti Khurana reportedly bills around ₹10 lakh.
Private Charter Flights for Top Stars
In addition to the hefty fees, several top-tier celebrities—such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar—are provided with private charter flights to travel to and from the event venue. Their teams, including stylists, managers, and security, reportedly accompany them in the same aircraft.
